How to Request a Refund
For Card Payments

- Reason for refund (optional)
We'll process your refund within 2 business days.
Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:
- Cancel subscription: Stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of your paid period.
- Request refund: Returns your payment. Your access ends immediately.
To cancel a subscription without a refund, use the "Manage / Cancel" button on your account page.
Exceptions
We may refuse refunds in cases of:

- Fraudulent activity
