We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on eligible payment methods. If you're not satisfied with the service, request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.

Eligible for Refund

Card Payments (Stripe)

  • Full refund within 14 days of purchase
  • Applies to monthly subscriptions and time credit purchases
  • Refund processed to original payment method
  • Typically appears within 5-10 business days

Not Eligible for Refund

Cryptocurrency Payments

All cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable.

Wire Transfers

All wire transfer payments are final and non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

For Card Payments

  • Your account number
  • Approximate date of purchase
  • Reason for refund (optional)

We'll process your refund within 2 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:

  • Cancel subscription: Stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of your paid period.
  • Request refund: Returns your payment. Your access ends immediately.

To cancel a subscription without a refund, use the "Manage / Cancel" button on your account page.

Exceptions

We may refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of the refund policy
