First time setup
macOS
After installing, macOS will ask you to approve a system extension. Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll to the bottom, and click Allow. You may need to enter your password. Then reopen the app and connect.
Windows
Run the installer as administrator. If Windows shows a SmartScreen warning, click More info, then Run anyway.
